日頃の行いがよろしいのか（んなはずないでしょ！）今回ラッキーなことに非常口の列に席をゲットー！　（うるせえ！ビジネスクラスでいつも飛んでるやつにゃ俺の気持ちわかれねえんだよ！）真ん中の席でしたが、わたくしにとりましてはそば殻の枕からダウンの枕に変わったような気持ちでございました。
I must be living right. I’ve got the exit row on this flight. Although it was the middle seat, still it was a big upgrade for me.
右の席には無愛想なアメ人姉ちゃん。左にはおしゃべりアメ人兄ちゃん。左の兄ちゃんとは色々と喋ったが、右の姉ちゃんにも話しかけてあげないと悪いかなぁ〜と何回かそちらを覗いたのだが、ぶす〜っとしてはって、声かけるの怖くなっちゃいました。
There was an American lady to my right. And to my left, there sat an American business man.
しかし、一つ面白い発見。これは昔からも気になってたんですが…　機内食でご飯の上にシャケがのった物とサラダが出ました。私は本能的にフォークで食べ始めたんですが、姉ちゃんも兄ちゃんも、お箸で食っとります。そう、サラダもね。これは、自分がお箸が使えるという見栄なのでしょうか？それとも家庭でもお箸でサラダを食されているのでしょうか？そうなのであれば、だいぶ東洋文化の理解が的外れなような気がするのですが….

ちょっとした都合でヒュー市の空港で搭乗待ち。13時間の旅、気が遠くなりそうです。
Waiting for a flight at IAH, Houston Intercontinental Airport. I am NOT looking forward to another 13-hr flight. sigh….

Lil’Sis & SV650Sエリと二人で夕食後チョィ乗りしてきました。お天気よくてめちゃ気持ちよかったです。足元にあるのは砂ではなく牡蠣の貝殻。平べったいの探して、石投げではなく、牡蠣投げして遊びました。

I was stuck on HOV this afternoon. (Again) Appearently, a duelly truck traveling north bound lost one of it’s rear tire.
