Teen questioned for online Bush threats

this article has brought some thoughts to my mind.

1. “i’m a very peace-loving person”, she says. the acceptance of double standard in the american society has flabbergasted me. this goes to both conservative and liberal. this is an acceptable practice in u.s. here, a peace loving little girl make a statement to ‘kill bush’.

2. i also think the lack of communication between the parents and child(ren) are just getting worse by the min. she finds out that what she did was federal offense from her class. she should be fiding out from her parents. that is why it got to the stage that the goverment found out. when there is a communication and keep finding out what the child(ren) is (are) doing, then the parent(s) can put stop to it immediately. i think this is one of the biggest problem in the u.s. society right now , lack of supervision and lack of communication.

Parents are too busy to supervise/communicate with their kids. Sometimes there are not any parents to supervise or communicate with them. the break down of the family unit is causing the society to fail.
