WOW! What an excellent essay! I can think of so many people who are like this.
“We all know someone that’s intelligent, but who occasionally defends obviously bad ideas. Why does this happen? How can smart people take up positions that defy any reasonable logic? Having spent many years working with smart [...]

Chaplin MB in action! I think he was speaking English, but the content of his conversation was waaaaaaaay above my head to understand.
MB and I went out for lunch today. And Yeahhhhhh, it was sushi. Azumi Sushi, 1709 Dryden, is located just about across from the Methodist Hospital. It’s a small [...]

A day before Thanksgivig
November 23rd, 2005 · No Comments
I guess everyone decided to stay home. There was nobody on the road. It only took me 40 min. to the parking lot. WOW. I kept saying to myself, “I’m making incredible time here!” (You need to say it like George does, with grunt.)
One think I hate about commuting on [...]

New Tire

I just had a new front tire installed, Dunlop D404. I went to Discount Motorcycle Tires in Pasadena. They are really nice. They had a lot of stuff in stock and it was overwhelming. (in positive scents) I would go back there and get some work done on my bike! [...]

This is why you love Houston
November 19th, 2005 · No Comments
I found this on the net.
“You can leave your house, head out of town, and an hour later you still haven’t left the city limits. (During rush hour, you haven’t left your neighborhood.)
Spring is not the season, Katy is not the lady, and 1960 is not the year.
The “farm-to-market” roads have seven lanes.
If you want [...]

KIKI is really good at it. Last three shirts she brought home for me have been very fashonable, wearable, and confortable. And get this, she paid less than $10 for each of them. She is the queen of frugal living!
What is the most important criteria when you are buying a shirt. [...]
