I flew Northwest today, economy class of course. They gave us complementary beverages, but for snack, they charge $3.00. It’s a snack box with a few small bags of chips and stuff. I just could not believe it. They charge me $400 to fly and can’t give away a bag of peanuts. How sad! I can get a ticket to Japan for $600 and and most airlines will give me 2-3 meals! I wonder how much NWA is going to charge for a meal in such flight. I don’t want to find out.
