2 pounds (about 6 medium) yams or sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon salad oil
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup milk
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/8 teaspoon salt

今日もまた狂牛病って騒いでんですけど、はっきり言ってアメリカ永住している消費者として、あんまり気になんないん� けど。昨日の夜もアメリカの牛肉を使ったハンバーガー。自分で焼いて好きな物のせて、好きに食べてます。ファーストフードのお店なんかも全然影響ないみたい。
でも日本ってすごく敏感� よね。吉野家さんなんか大変� 。またこれで当分牛丼作れなくなるでしょうね。
